Below are the terms and conditions of our service and our site. If you do not accept or understand any of these terms, please contact us before applying for our services. The use of this site and our services implies acceptance of the following terms.
Credit Support Purchase
Our service is available via prepaid support credits. Each credit represents a ticket (support issue) that you can activate on our site. You can also activate your ticket by contacting our staff by telephone. Each support credit is equivalent to a half an hour (30 minutes) of expert’s work assigned to the specific task. Tickets that require more than half an hour are charged extra credits in increments of 30 minutes. Minimum charge for the assigned support issue is one credit. For example if a ticket requires 5 minutes of work, the charge is 1 credit. If the assignment requires 35 minutes of work, the charge is 2 credits. If you require 80 minutes of work, 3 credit are charged from your account. The credits expire within one year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire without refund.
All prices on our price-list are subject to change without notice. Credits purchased earlier are still valid.
Although our technicians are highly trained and experienced, mistakes are still possible. It is the responsibility of the user of our services to have a backup of the site (file archives, databases, configuration files etc). In case of error the ticket is charged properly as well as the effort to correct the error or restore the site to the earlier condition.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
By submitting the ticket you warranty that the materials you provide to us or assigning for use, modification or upload to your website are either free of copyright or owned by you. You warranty that the actions we are asked to perform on your website are legal and that you are authorized to request the relevant work.
Denial of service
We may refuse to serve a support ticket for one of the following reasons:
- Insufficient or unclear instructions for required job
- Insufficient access rights
- Use of technology or platform in which we have no experience to provide quality services
In case of a refused ticket, there is no charge.
Direct contact with our technical staff
Bypassing our technical support system and contacting our staff, suppliers or associates directly is prohibited.
The use of this website should be exclusively for legitimate purposes and a) do not prevent its use by others b) in accordance with the law and morality c) shouldn’t cause damage to provider’s services or network Poor behavior towards our technicians We practise zero tolerance policy to users of our service using offensive, threatening, insulting or abusive language to our staff and technicians. In such conduct, we reserve the right to cancel the user's account directly and irrevocably without refund of any credits that remain on the account.
All communications, written and telephone between the users of our services and our staff are confidential.
We reserve the right to discontinue service to customers who violate any of the terms and conditions listed herein. In this case unused credits are not refunded.
Exclusive courts to resolve any dispute that may arise are the courts of Athens, Greece.
